How do SM, YG, and/or JYP auditions take place?

They have all gone to blind auditions, meaning you stand behind a screen so they can't judge you on looks. They randomly choose someone auditioning to play upside down hanging from a bar with those special boots. It's not clear what that accomplishes but that's the new rule.
