Should i go for JYP or SM?

I have a friend who wants me to join her into going to JYP But i'm wondering if I should go for sm or Jyp I know Sm counts on looks but i guess i quite pretty but does how much you weight matter? Or once you become a Trainee? I'm going to audition with singing and dancing :D
