JYP audition application?

hi im new to jyp auditions, but for the JYP USA audition tour, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. Do I register for the audition site and that's it? Or do i have to do the audition application where you send in all your information and pictures of yourself and some video of yourself dancing/singing?
