Good entertainment company?

Unfortunately, this trainee system is pretty much only available in Asia. America has a totally different way of managing and scouting artists. There are no equivalents, but American companies such as SONY do have branches (ie SONY JAPAN), where there are trainee systems. In the US, to become a singer/entertainer, you are just scouted or submitted a demo and someone likes you. If you are accepted, you might undergo some training, but definitely not as extensive as in SM, JYP, or YG.
