Paypal dispute escalated to claim?

I put a dispute on paypal because i was sent fake items from a seller. I've tried contacting him many times but had no reply whatsoever. I then escalated the dispute to a claim, in which paypal would decide the outcome. Right now i am at the stage on the claim where we are waiting for the sellers response. On paypal it says that if the seller does not reply withing 10 days then the money will be refunded to the rightful owner. How does it work? Will i just received my refund if the seller does not reply withing the space of 10 days he has been given? Oh yh it has already been 2 days...
