Its set in wales. Theres this young girl with a baby and she hangs around witha group of boys, she has no money so she gets a man to rape her friend just so that he'll give her money. There is a man living across the street from her that she hates and one day a social worker comes to her house asking about her baby and she thinks that the man across the street has called them so she gets the group of boys to kick him to death outside a library? thanks
