What happens at JYP Auditions?

What happens during the auditions? I know you dance with a bunch of other people in a row but with the singing and acting parts do we do a solo audition for that? Help! I want to audition (:

Confused about sexuality ...?

I mean at first I considered myself as bisexual ( about a year and a half ago ) when I came to except myself but now I'm kinda doubting who I am. Don't get me wrong, I still find myself attracted to girls ( I'm a girl ) and honestly living life with guys only would seriously suck! (shudder ) no offence to the guys out there. So now a days I'm back to that confused stage, I'm starting to think am I either a lesbian or pansexual or fluid? Or just plain labeless ( which sounds good i geuss ). I've been speaking to this guy for 4months online , we ended up talking randomly in this university forum. We both happened to apply for the same one. We've been speaking everyday for the past few months. I'm REALLY SORRY but I don't know any. Even if I did, I don't think that trainees are allowed to talk about their company training. The person that Genie mentioned isn't/never was an sm trainee. She auditioned and went on 2 "rounds" of the sm auditioned but failed. There was this girl on youtube saying that she was an sm trainee but it seemed like she was faking it. Unfortunately, this trainee system is pretty much only available in Asia. America has a totally different way of managing and scouting artists. There are no equivalents, but American companies such as SONY do have branches (ie SONY JAPAN), where there are trainee systems. In the US, to become a singer/entertainer, you are just scouted or submitted a demo and someone likes you. If you are accepted, you might undergo some training, but definitely not as extensive as in SM, JYP, or YG.

Can Filipinos audition for SM/JYP/YG Entertainment (etc Korean labels)?

I do not have any experience with the KFXs, but I know the TRX 400EXs are awesome quads and would be great for you. The 400EXs have an air-cooled engine, 5-speed manual transmission, chain driven, top speed is somewhere around 65, depending on gearing. I assume the KFXs are specs roughly the same. I actually recommend that you audition for every company that will let you and that you would feel comfortable working with. So far, no company has debuted anyone of African descent who is not also of Korean descent. I have heard rumors of one company having a Black trainee, but so far I haven't seen confirmation of it. It's possible that Korean entertainment companies are not accepting non-Asian trainees. However, it is also possible that they do accept non-Asian trainees, but few people have scored high enough to be contracted and none have made it to debut. Much of the information being spread around about auditioning is anecdotal. Without concrete evidence of the judging criteria, you will have very little idea if you're "doing it wrong". You should build your audition based on the rules the companies provide and the experiences you've had in your previous auditions (for modeling, singing, dancing, whatever your talent is).

How much earlier should I arrive at a concert to get great seats?

I'm going to a concert in DC, and the tickets are all general admission. I called the place where they're having the event and the person told me "first come, first serve". So, since I'm taking the train, how early should I get there to get CLOSE seats near the stage? The concert starts at 7:00PM.

Last year I met this guy, i was 16 at the time and he was 20, we met at this group thing and we went to a theme park. What's wrong with me?

I have had stages through my life where I just feel very down and lonely. I usually dont smile much and am very distant and empty. Despite feling lonely, I ignore my phone and dont open the door, this doesn't really make sense because I feel lonely yet I dont want to talk to anyone. I dont know why I do this. You can audition for different categories like dancing, singing, or modeling but I don't think rapping is one of them because when they plan to make a group they choice the one with the lowest vocal ability and train them more to rap. You don't have to sing and dance at the same time but you could if you want to. You don't sing with a microphone but they will probably video tape you. Alot of auditions are auditiong in groups instead of alone and some companies put on random music and makes the whole group of people dance until they stop it. Don't audition online because how many Kpop artists actually made it by auditioning online? Some trainees don't always end up with what they want and may even be transfered to a different company and you don't get to choose who you debut with. Thats why they choose people that have a good attitude and if you don't or never improve then you get dropped. Its as simple as that and if you're lazy then being a trainee will be the worst and you may even quit because you can't eat all the things you want and if you don't wanna work hard every day until the day you debut and don't think that you'll make it because you're good looking either, alot of good looking people audition all the time and don't make it, alot Kpop idols didn't have superstar look either when they were trainees. Lots of companies look for tall, white skin, bright eyes, tall nose, Asians(mainly east Asians) with nice skin, no acne, skinny people. But if your talent is just amazing they over look your looks. IU was reject by JYP, TOP was reject by YG until he lost weight and tried again, Hara is beautiful but was rejected by JYP, Nichkhun had no talent at all but because of his look s JYP accepted him within two weeks after auditions. But people like Rania’s Jooyi (a girl with an amazing voice) didn't need to have superstar looks to make it in. She was made an offer by YG to be a member of 2NE1 but rejected it and still made it into a different company. I believe you should go audition with the best you can do and practice practice practice!! I know this was more than what you asked but good luck ;)

I put a dispute on paypal because i was sent fake items from a seller. I've tried contacting him many times but had no reply whatsoever. Make sure you have a parent ready to go to Korea with you. Unless you are extra ordinarily talented, it is unlikely that you would be selected. Video auditions should be professionally produced with proper lighting and sound. If your parents are not in on this, forget it, they wouldn't let you go anyway.

I'd say most people made redundant from the steel works were from the estates in Newport itself. Chepstow is a nice town but I don't know anyone from Llanmartin. I haven't heard of any big developments for Chepstow. The Severn barrage has been cancelled now which may have caused disruption in the area. The Tutshill area is nice.

Korean entertainment trainees?

It seems that there are many people that audition for korean entertainments for JYP, SM, YG, Cube, DSP, etc. Although the audtion requirements seem not impossible, where do the people who get accepted go? I was wondering this because I'm sure alot of people audition for these entertainments but on wikipedia, (or basically the internet in general) it seems like there aren't many artists under that name. Is it because they're still training as trainees or is the auditions just that hard to get into?

How do SM, YG, and/or JYP auditions take place?

They have all gone to blind auditions, meaning you stand behind a screen so they can't judge you on looks. They randomly choose someone auditioning to play upside down hanging from a bar with those special boots. It's not clear what that accomplishes but that's the new rule.

How long after a hernia op can i start working?

4 weeks and no period after switching from Qlaira to Yaz?

Why is this that i have not gotten my period yet? I switched Qlaira because my period would come randomly, in little bits. So right after i finished the package of qlaira my doctor told me to change to yaz right away (not wait for my next period). Good Song to Rap to with minimal vocals?

So I'm headed to JYP auditions, but I'm stuck as to which korean song to sing? Something that's up beat with heavy rap lines. I'm mainly a rapper, but my vocal's aren't too bad, so I wanna show off my rap mainly and have a short vocal verse to show that I can sing too. At the moment I'm just stuck on "Believe Me" by Fort Minor, but if i can find a good korean kpop song that fits me then all the better :)

Would my acceptance be withdrawn?

I was accepted to the University of Toronto for Economics at relatively early stages of the application process. The condition of my acceptance was that I "maintain acceptable final average", or "acceptable final marks in prerequisite subjects". Nowhere do they say what is considered "acceptable". The only problem is that my calculus mark, which is a prerequisite dropped to a 63. is this an unacceptable mark? my final average is still around what it was when i was first accepted. When to aerate Bermuda grass?

There are so many different "opinions" out there and I don't know who's advice to follow. I live in the desert southwest where the temperatures are regularly hitting 100 degrees. I have huge patches of grass that are dying. I have my sprinklers set to come on at 7am, three times a week for 25 minutes. First thing people assume is that I'm not watering the areas that are dying but I assure you that I have pretty good coverage. Next, some have said that I may have grub worms. Isn't the grass supposed to be able to be picked up like a rug since the roots have been eaten? Haven't found any evidence but I'm treating for grubs currently just in case. Finally, some think I may have a fungus. I don't know how to diagnose fungi but from the pictures I've seen online it doesn't match. Maybe I need to aerate? When's the best and/or worst times of the year to do this? I aerated my yard last June and lightly again at the beginning of this spring. I can't afford a machine so I'm forced to use a handheld step aerator. The grass that dies will turn a blue-ish grey for a day or two, then yellow. Huge patches mixed in with lush green healthy grass. I'm currently treating my yard in stages, insecticide (caged off due to pets), then followed by a fungicide a few days later. I know that these applications are probably to close together but I'm so frustrated that I'm willing to try anything! I failed to mention that starting early spring, I have been fertilizing every 4-6 weeks. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

I would suggest YG or JYP. From the past history of SM, it seems like one of the more binding and harsh of the entertainment companies. Also, Korean Americans are becoming very popular among the korean music industry so you'd fit right in! As far as age is concerned, i'd suggest you get started early. Around 15 to 18 years old sounds ideal - look at all the young people who've debued - Minzy, Suzy, Dongho (just to name a couple). Also, when you audition, you remain a trainee for several years I think, so it's best to start early. Pros are definitely being able to live your dream of singing / dancing, and being able to show the world your talents. Cons are that you are basically controlled by a contract and you have to cut off connections with a lot of your pre-debut life. The hours are probably crazy and you won't get proper rest, but if you're living your dream, then its worth it ^_^

Unfortunately the system is just like that. It's horrible.. C sections cost the hospital money so they don't like to do them unless they absolutely have to. I'm seriously considering bleaching my hair. Naturally, it is medium brown; however, since I've spent a lot of time in the sun, my hair is now a light brown. Many people say that it turns your hair orange when bleached, during one of the stages. I do know that it is possible for your hair NOT to turn orange, [my brother's went straight to platinum blonde] or at least the orange tones will lesson over a few days. If I bleach my hair and than dye it a darker blonde, should my hair be ok? JYP/ YG entertainment audition question?

not to be rude but, if you're a non-asian then you have a very slim chance of getting into JYP or YG Ent. and YG's website is only in korean so it'll be pretty hard to try and audition for them.. the entertainment companies dont buy your ticket unless (i think) if you become one of their trainees.. because they don't want to waste their money on someone who has " fake " talent.. because if you made the 1st round, then there'll be 2 more rounds.. so then there's 3 ronds in all.. and if they call or email you or contact you somehow, then they'll let you know when and where to come to the 2nd/3rd round.. you pay for the flight, but once you become a trainee, then they'll pay for everything.. and i think that it is GUARANTEED that if you become a trainee, then you'll DEFINITELY will debut because if they don't debut you, or kick you out, then it'll be a waste of all that money.. and i read on allkpop.com that JYP said that he has high school students in their training and he said that they need to have a passing grade in school, and if not, then you'll be kicked out because i'm thinking that he wants you to be able to concentrate on school and training at the same time.. and there'll be roung schedules where you'll probably only get some sleep from 3-5 hours only.. because of all that training.. on allkpop, there's an article from how CUBE's CEO trains his trainees and what he does..

I'm guessing it would be similar to victorian prices. Usually about $40-$60 depending on the length of the lesson and the amount of students in the class. This is just the riding school closest to where I live and it's so expensive because it is, I guess, a private school version of riding schools.. It does get pretty expesive esp. considering you have to buy your own gear if you want to continue riding as they usually won't loan out gear after 4 or 5 lessons :( I had to pay for my own riding lessons and gear because my parents don't really want me riding as they know how dangerous it is although it is safer than driving a car I must say...

My mum's an alcoholic, what can I do?

At this stage all I can think of is calling the police or getting her sectioned :( She's been an alcoholic for over 10 years now and it's getting to me by this stage (I'm 20 so an adult so I can look at it a bit more rationally). End Stage Liver Disease - Prognosis?

hi, my mum has end stage liver disease. she is being released from hospital today after only 4 days in there. She has had her varicies banded, (3 in total, she was throwing up blood and lost a lot of blood) and is badly jaundiced. They have been pumping her body with everything and have drained over 5 litres from her abdomen. They have said he liver will never repaired it self and has failed. I'm a bit concerned she is being released so early, as previously she has been in for a couple of weeks. Is she being released because there is nothing more they can do for her and its likely she will pass soon? Also how long can the body function with a failed liver? If anyone has any personal experience on this or is a doctor i'd be very grateful for your responses. The doctors will not answer my questions due to patient confidentiality. Her blood doesn't clot and her eyes are very jaundiced. Many thanks for your help.

Chances of getting into the training program for Korean entertainment?

I'm a 16 year old girl. I play the flute, but I don't want to audition for singing, I want to audition for Mc/Acting. However, I never acted in my life, I do like to present and talk in big crowds. I'm Korean so I speak both Korean and English, I speak minimal French and Spanish, Spanish because of school and French because one of my aunt is French. I know YG and SM are hard so I do not plan to audition there. I was considering Bighit entertainment and JYP but if there is others please do tell. My chances of getting in are slim, but I believe that maybe I may be able to appeal to them. I'm very determined to work hard and train. No one believes that this is possible, and I believe that too, my whole life I believed this to be a stupid and reckless path but now that I am older I really have considered it in every possible aspect and I believe that I am ready to try, If I fail then atleast I failed knowing that I tried. Now that High School is almost ending for me I want to try and see if MCing/Acting is where I belong or if I really do have to find a different path and grow up. Can I use a plastic screw stud in the healing stages of my nose piercing?

I got my nose pierced about a month ago. Two days ago I scratched my nose forgetting that it was there. It came out and it was a loop stud and I can't get it back in. Why isn't planning my wedding at all fun?

I'm in very early planning stages of my wedding. I dont know if you could even call it planning, because I havent gotten anything accomplished. I am 40 Weeks and 5 Days Overdue, This morning I had a braxton hicks contraction and i felt a little gush come out, when i went to look when i went to the bathroom and it looked like a gush of blood almost like on your period but it filled up the whole center of my panty liner.
