Is this normal? Teenage boy questions.?

I just turned 14 , i have been reading stuff about boys puberty mostly the stages. my penis is 4.7" long and 4.3" girth . i recently noticed it got thicker i read that its supposed to get longer before thicker it hasent really gotten longer . i started growing pubic hair when i just turned 13 . my voice hasent gotten deeper . so i would say im stage 2 still. but penis thickness start stage late 3-4 so idk whats going on . my brother and dad both have long and thick penises . im 50% portuguess and 25% ukrain and german if that makes a differences please help .
