Are the people of Scotland and Wales very similar in looks? how different than those in England?

I'm guessing this question is from an American.......i fear for the future of the western world when the level of education in the USA leads the asker of this question to ask it in all seriousness. In case you didnt understand that i will state it more simply........ARE YOU STUPID?
