Good entertainment company like SM in North America?

If there were such a company in America, it would be a total scam. SM only works because they can guarantee stardom in Korea. In the USA, nothing is guaranteed. The only places to go to be "trained" in singing and dancing are individual managers, and they mostly look for boys. Google Lou Pearlman to see what I mean about scammers. Google Johnny Wright to see what I mean about managers. Disney is pretty much the only place you can go if you're a girl who wants to be a singer.
