How do I get my kitten to stop biting me!?

I have a kitten who's around 11 weeks old. He's adorable and I love him, but he bites me all the time. My mom says he loves me, and I believe it because he's going through a biting stage. He has a bunch of toys, he uses them, but would much rather bite on my foot or my hand. I get his attention with his toys when he bites me, but he takes interest in them for 1 minute, then he starts biting me again. Although he's going through the biting stage, how do I get him to stop biting me? And how do I get him to sit with me?
