How far is the beach from the Shoalhaven campus, University of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia?

I've just been accepted in UOW med, and I'm an international student, and was wondering whether it's near or not, otherwise, I'll just switch back to the main campus in Wollongong, where the beach is just across the street!
