JYP AUDITION 2011 HELP PLEASE!!!?

So I was trying to audition for the JYP Audition and when I clicked the apply button it tells me to type in my username and email address, and so I did that, and they did send a code to my email right away. But then when I do copy the code into the box where it said "verification number from email" and then clicked ok, a message box always pop up telling me to put in the verification number even when I already have. What can I do about this??? Please help, and thank you very much!!! :)
