Shall i ask whats going on?

ive been dating a guy for about a month and a bit now.we see each other pretty much every opportunity we can and he is probably the best giy ive met in a while.but now ive reached the stage were feelings are starting to creep up and i dont know what to do. do i ask what the deal is with us?? or shall i just wait and see what happens? its eating me up..i dont want to seem like a clingy so and so!
