Should I wear shorts? ;)?

what do you mean not smooth? haha dont be afraid to wear shorts! what are you scared of? i know and have seen PLENTY of girls who have more of a reason to not wear short shorts if you know what i mean! but always dress how your comfortable and dont attract the wrong attention if you know what i mean!
