I want to join the korean music industry? help, please(:?

I would suggest YG or JYP. From the past history of SM, it seems like one of the more binding and harsh of the entertainment companies. Also, Korean Americans are becoming very popular among the korean music industry so you'd fit right in! As far as age is concerned, i'd suggest you get started early. Around 15 to 18 years old sounds ideal - look at all the young people who've debued - Minzy, Suzy, Dongho (just to name a couple). Also, when you audition, you remain a trainee for several years I think, so it's best to start early. Pros are definitely being able to live your dream of singing / dancing, and being able to show the world your talents. Cons are that you are basically controlled by a contract and you have to cut off connections with a lot of your pre-debut life. The hours are probably crazy and you won't get proper rest, but if you're living your dream, then its worth it ^_^
